FYI: slides, slides, slides!

I have added some more slides lately to the ‘Luc’s Slides’ section. They come in pdf format, which makes it easier to grab the speaker notes that I attached to each slide.

The following slideshows are available:

1. Change Management Cooking Class (46 slides)
A ten step introduction into organizational change management from a project perspective. The cooking class in this slide deck may not guarantee you a Michelin star, but if applied properly, you will save yourself a lot of time and worries. The slides are based on the article ‘Change Management Cooking Class’ (see ‘Articles’), and give a bit more background on each step.

2. Communication Cockpit (55 slides)
A ten step introduction into communication management of large projects. I discuss the obvious things; those things that you should have learned in the communications driving school, before starting off on the road.  The slides are based on the articles ‘Communication Antislip Training’ and ‘Rope Dancing’ (see ‘Articles’) but contain far more than that.

3. Who Moved My Cheese? (31 slides)
Based on the best selling companion in times of personal and professional change. In these slides you will find why I really really really think you should read this book. Contains no speaker notes because it is more a teasing presentation than a training.

You may print, copy and use these slides for your personal and professional use – as is – as freely as you wish. And, by the way, let me know what you like and dislike about the slides, OK?

  • I wish I had these slides 6 months ago, when i first started in my Chg Mgt Project team. Even today, these slides are so useful to me. Thanks a ton,
