Is it good to start the New Year with an ebook and a total makeover of the website?  The only thing I know is that the world has changed and like a frog in boiling water, Organizational Change Management is now overcooked.

When the world changes, the rules change. And if you insist on playing today’s games by yesterday’s rules, you’re stuck. Hence, this manifasto. Let’s get out of the analysis paralysis and focus on what we leave behind at the end of a project. The thing that teaches people how to fish so they can eat forever.
