Last week I had the pleasure to interview Niels Pflaeging about a book that he recently published, called Organize for Complexity. To be honest, I normally don’t do book reviews of books that I receive for free – it’s more a counter-indication for me to not read it and certainly not to blog about it.
Yet, Niels’s book immediately caught my attention and I was drawn to the clear language in combination with the drawings.
