Karin Stumpf is an experienced change facilitator for multinational companies, such as DaimlerChrysler, Universal Pictures, Deutsche Bank, or the International Committee of the Red Cross. Formerly a consultant with McKinsey as well as Deloitte, she has worked with clients in over twenty countries, helping them deliver their corporate strategy, e.g. through business games or collaborative tools. Dr. Stumpf regularly lectures, at the Swiss Institute of Technology among others. She is also the author of Move! (to be published), a book about the journey of a change leader.
