What about Chris Argyris?
A few weeks ago at work Danny pointed out that after more than two years of posting articles on this blog I have never mentioned Chris Argyris. Well … what can I say? Shame on me!

That is how most work gets done and how organizations meet their numbers. And in many cases, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with this, except that it goes against the theory of empowerment.
